Mind-scrambling Swells and Tremolos
Looking for something different for your pedalboard? The Pigtronix Gloamer certainly qualifies. This analog polyphonic amplitude synthesizer alters your attack and decay times for an array of mind-bending effects — without sacrificing your original tone. This stompbox arms you with ear-grabbing pick-triggered volume swells, enabling you to craft bowed string-like textures. Surging, asymmetrical tremolos and jarring, pulsating stutter effects are also on tap. You also get a brawny optical compressor for adding punch and sustain to your playing. If you're seeking something beyond conventional guitar effect pedals, the Pigtronix Gloamer will change the way you approach your instrument.

Jam-packed with ear-grabbing mind-altering effects
Manipulating Gloamer's top-panel controls rewards you with an entire stable of mind-blowing effects. This stompbox's Attack knob supplies pick-triggered volume swells — a "slow gear" effect — with variable timing. You can reset the swell cycle at any moment by muting, to elicit bowed string-like lines and chords. A muscular optical compressor is onboard for dialing in everything from subtle punch to near-endless sustain. The Volume knob adjusts loudness at the peak of Gloamer's attack cycle, while a Blend control allows you to layer an uncompressed clean sound in with the volume swell effect. The pedal's Decay knob causes your notes to fade out once the attack cycle is complete. What's more, an auto-reset function causes the attack to begin again immediately after the decay cycle is complete. Here at Sweetwater, we've used Gloamer to conjure everything from undulating, asymmetrical tremolos at slower settings to pulsating stutter effects with faster attack and decay times.
